Welcome to Kliken! Once you build your ads, you want them live, driving traffic, clicks and sales for your business. You don't want to have to remember when your account needs to have funds added for your campaigns to continue to run. Was it last week, or the week before when you last added them?
Don't worry, by purchasing your campaign with Kliken, you agree to allow Kliken to run recurring billing, ensuring that your account and your campaigns never run out of funds for as long as you want them to run!
In order to provide additional transparency, this Recurring Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to our subscription-based services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Billing Intervals
It is important to note that your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. Each billing cycle is thirty (30) days.
It is also important to remember the billing dates on your account are product-specific and the billing cycle is based on the date of the purchase of the specific campaign or product. What does that mean? It means that if you have three different products, your billing cycle will depend on each product's original purchase date, and is not aggregated at the account level AND if you have multiple products, you may be charged at different times during the month.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept all major card issuers. Please note that we do NOT accept EFT transfers (ACH, wire, SEPA, or any other similar electronic funds transfer).
4. Terms and Conditions
- Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.
- We will automatically charge the respective fees relating to the respective product to your chosen payment method on each billing date.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge again within two (2) days. We will reattempt this process three (3) times before your campaign will be suspended. Please note, if you have products that require an active platform fee, and we don't receive payment for the platform fee, there is the potential for all campaigns to be suspended until such time as the platform fee is paid.
PLEASE REMEMBER
- If you have multiple subscriptions the cancelation of one will not result in the cancellation of all. You must process individual cancellations, per product and/or campaign.
- Cancellation of your website or account with your hosting platform partner will not automatically result in the cancellation of your subscriptions with Kliken. You MUST cancel your subscriptions and account directly with Kliken to be valid.
5. Notifications
We will send a reminder email at least seven (7) days before your billing date to the email address associated with your account, as well as provide a notification in your account dashboard of upcoming billing events.
6. Customer Support
For billing inquiries please review our Help Center, or - if you are unable to find what you need, reach out to our Support team at any time.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please note you can complete this action directly within your Kliken Dashboard's 'Manage' campaigns section. If you are having any issues, please reach out to our Support team.
If you would like to cancel your account, you will need to request this with our Support team directly.
7. Automatic Billing
Our billing process is automated to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Please ensure that your payment details are up to date and that you have sufficient funds available based on the billing notices. Please remember that failing to ensure your billing is up to date and active may result in your campaigns being suspended.
8. Policy Review and Updates
This policy is subject to change. Any change will be notified to customers through notifications in your Account Dashboard at least thirty (30) days in advance.
9. Accessibility
This policy is available on our website. Please review it periodically.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Recurring Billing Policy and agree to its terms.
