Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation Kliken's subscription-based services. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription-based services with us and outlines the terms under which cancellations can occur. We strive to make this process as straightforward as possible while ensuring you understand the implications of cancelling your account or campaign.
Your Subscription
When you subscribe to our services, you agree to a recurring service subscription. If you need a refresh, our Recurring Billing Policy can be found here.
How Cancellations Can Occur
Cancellations can happen in two ways:
1. By Kliken
- Without cause: We can end the agreement at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to technical, policy or platform issues (either with Kliken, or the ad platform) which may prevent an account and/or campaign from being able to operate, or deprecation of products or partner relationships.
- With cause: If you violate any advertising platform policy, fail to pay due amounts, submit a dispute with your financial institution of any transaction relating to your services with us, breach our Terms of Service, or use abusive or threatening language towards our staff or Company, we may immediately terminate or suspend your services.
- Please note, in certain cases, Kliken may support and issue an appeal to the advertising platforms on the Customer's behalf if the disapproval decision of the platform is deemed inappropriate or incorrect.
- The campaign (and/or account) may be terminated immediately if this appeal is unsuccessful. It is not policy to engage in further appeals.
- The Customer will be entitled to a refund as outlined within our Refund Policy.
- Please note, in certain cases, Kliken may support and issue an appeal to the advertising platforms on the Customer's behalf if the disapproval decision of the platform is deemed inappropriate or incorrect.
2. By You, the Customer
You have the freedom to terminate your services with us at any time. You can do this through:
- Your Account Dashboard: Directly within the Manage Campaigns section for immediate processing of your campaign cancellations.
- Our Customer Support Team: By submitting a request, which may take more than 72 hours to process.
Campaign Cancellation Specifics
- If you request the cancellation of a single campaign, it will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle unless you specify otherwise. Cancelling one campaign does not automatically cancel other campaigns or services you may have with Kliken.
- Should you fail to cancel a product or service before the next billing date, that product or service will continue to operate. Charges incurred between the billing date and the date the cancellation is processed are not eligible for a refund.
Account Cancellation
If you are requesting the cancellation of your account, please contact our support team.
The cancellation of your account will result in the following:
- Any active campaign will be cancelled.
- Your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to access your dashboard, statistics, or campaigns.
Special Cases & Inactivity
Special Cases: In some cases, we may turn off all or part of your service regardless of activity based on our sole discretion.
Inactivity: If your account or campaign shows no activity for an extended period, we may take steps such as stopping data collection or even cancelling your account. The specific timeframes are:
- 60 days for new, or disapproved, campaigns - campaign cancellation.
- 90 days with no user activity - cessation of site statistics collection.
- 180 days with no user activity - cessation of store data syncing.
- 365 days with no user activity - possible account cancellation and data deletion.
Refunds and Billing
- If your account or service is cancelled, whether by you or Kliken, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Cancellation of a campaign means that it will remain active until the end of the end of current billing cycle unless you choose, or communicate, that you wish for it to stop immediately. Charges between the billing date and the cancellation processing date are not refundable.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any change to this policy will be posted in a notification in your Account Dashboard at least 30 days in advance.
Accessibility
This policy is available on our website. We recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed.
Agreement
By subscribing to Kliken's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
